1	Make a video while unboxing the parcel & click some clear pictures of the manufacturing defect in the product.
2	Raise your return for your order with our team by filling up a form attaching the above videos & photos on this link - www.limasy.com/return.
3	On receiving your return our team will call you & verify the return.
4	Pickup will be initiated after the approval of your return.
5	Delivery agent will pick up the product from your doorstep.
6	Once product reached to our warehouse will be rechecked physically & on approval your new product will be dispatched.
7	The new product will reach to you within 3-7 working days.
NOTE: The product should not be damaged and the price tags should be intact. Video send to us should be clear defining the defect in the product, photos should not be blur. T&C applicable.
