To process your refund request, we may require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email. Additionally, photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect or error may be necessary.

3. Conditions for Refund:

Refunds will only be issued for products that are returned in their original packaging and condition. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or alterations will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process:

Once your refund request is approved and the returned product is received, inspected, and deemed eligible, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
