Mix : Empty contents of the pack in bowl. Add 100ml of water and 200ml of sour curd (yoghurt) to form batter set aside for 5 minutes

Steam : Grease idli plates with oil and fill with batter steam in cooker (without whistle) or in idli vessel on medium flame for 10-12 minutes.

Serve : Carefully removes the idli from mould and serve hot with coconut chutney/sambar
