Mix : Mix 2 tablespoon curd (yoghurt) 1.5 tablespoon oil and 250 ml of water. Add contents (200g) of the pack,mix gradually and gently into a smooth batter

Steam : Grease dhokla mould with oil and fill 3/4 of the mould with batter. Steam in cooker (without Whistle) on high flame for 15 minutes. Switch off stove.

Serve : Cut the dhokla pancake into small cubes. Heat 2 tablespoon of mustard seeds, when crackling starts add sesame seeds, cumin, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and toss.

Chefs Tips : Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve with pudina & khatti meethi chutney.
