STEP 1 : Place your Order by selecting any article of G-arete with your Text, Design, Logo.

STEP 2 : Share your design image in .jpg, .png, .pdf format on our mail ID ccare@limasy.com or on our Limasy authorized Whatsapp no. +91-9914006799 along with the order ID received in STEP 1.

STEP 3 : Within 24 working hours, you receive a confirmation call from our dedicated team of custom t-shirt department, and your order is processed.

1	Make a video while unboxing the parcel & click some clear pictures of the manufacturing defect in the product.
2	Raise your return for your order with our team by filling up a form attaching the above videos & photos on this link - www.limasy.com/return.
3	On receiving your return our team will call you & verify the return.
4	Pickup will be initiated after the approval of your return.
5	Delivery agent will pick up the product from your doorstep.
6	Once product reached to our warehouse will be rechecked physically & on approval your new product will be dispatched.
7	The new product will reach to you within 3-7 working days.
