Poha is a very convenient and ready to use product. 24 Mantra Organic Poha or Flattened Rice has No bleaching agent or whitening agent added to it. And it is not the thin paper poha variety. The processes involved in making poha are soaking of paddy, roasting, flaking, sieving and packing. The major component of poha is carbohydrate. Rice like any other cereal provides a fair amount of protein, phosphorous, iron and in small amounts B vitamins.
